Siddarth Sikakolli
Founder and CEO
Siddarth Sikakolli is the founder and CEO of Project Vikas, a mission-driven organization backed by a powerful non-profit, focused on advancing legal equity and representation in underrepresented communities. With a passion for justice and civic empowerment, Siddarth leads the organization’s vision, strategy, and partnerships, ensuring that all work is efficient and effective. Under his leadership, the organization channels donations and support through a fiscal sponsor to provide resources and representation to communities in India. With immigrant parents, his drive resonates with the organizations objective and he focuses everyday on advancing legal representation.
Vipin Beeram
CTO
Vipin Beeram is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Project Vikas. As the main architect behind our digital presence, he created and manages the official Project Vikas website, ensuring it reflects our mission and innovation. With his expertise in technology and design, Vipin drives the development of our tech infrastructure and helps shape the future of our platform.
Pranish Mandava
CMO
Pranish Mandava, a junior at Alliance Academy, is an avid healthcare student that advocates for equality to all. As CMO, he handles all things related to marketing and outreach. He manages a team dedicated to pushing social media posts, handling contacts and various forms, as well as promoting our message of leadership and equity to thousands of eyes.
Nevish Uppala
Project Lead
Hi, I’m Nevish Uppala, the project lead and upcoming deputy for the CMO. I help lead our marketing strategy, work to grow our community, amplify our mission, and reach the target of our sole goals. I’m passionate about using creativity and collaboration to make an impact through every project I take on, and making sure that there is stability within expanding our base of Project Vikas.

Financial Lead
Hi, I’m Adit Bhatia, the Financial Lead of Project Vikas. I manage our financial strategy to make sure every dollar drives real impact in underrepresented communities. I focus on transparency, sustainability, and helping our team grow responsibly. With a passion for making change through smart decisions, I work to ensure our mission stays strong and scalable.
Isabella Rappaccioli
Volunteer Program Director
Isabella Rappaccioli is the Volunteering Program Director for Project Vikas. A student of the Law and Marketing pathways at Alliance Academy for Innovation, Isabella’s life purpose is to leverage her strengths, privilege, and platform to uplift those in need. As Volunteering Program Director, Isabella manages Project Vikas volunteers from around the world and ensures that all team members are able to apply their unique skills in helping make legal aid more acessible to maximize both volunteer engagement and organizational impact.
